Chattooga County Extension/4-H reached out to surrounding counties for assistance with their residents that are suffering the effects of the flood waters from the heavy rains last weekend. Gordon County 4-H office will be a drop-off point for water and canned food for the week of September 12-16. Please bring any SEALED gallons of water or cases of bottled water as well as canned food to the Gordon County 4-H Office from 8am-12noon and 1-5pm Monday-Friday of this week, and we will get it delivered to Chattooga County Extension for their distributions.
