The 4-H BB Rifle team is open to youth in 4th-9th grade who live or go to school in Gordon County. Practices will be on Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30 throughout the fall, winter, and spring with district competition likely in April and state competition set for May 20-22. Fees for the year are $60, and if you need to rent a gun, the rental fee is $25 for the season.
Our 4-H BB rifle team will begin this Thursday evening, November 4, at 6 p.m. with our BB rifle team safety meeting and a much more detailed season overview. The safety meeting is mandatory for the 4-H’er interested in participating and at least one parent. You must RSVP for the meeting by Wednesday at noon.
