Spark: Weekend Academy is an exciting new program offered at the Georgia
Center on UGA’s campus in Athens! This Weekend Academy has grown form our
popular Summer Academy at UGA and will provide two-day academic programs
during the fall and spring.
Our Spark: Weekend Academy programs are designed to let you live out your
dreams. You can immerse yourself in any world you choose, from medicine to
writing to culinary to robotics. You’ll work with experts in the field to get
practical, hands-on experience, and receive helpful advice on how to get
where you want to go. And you’ll do it all while having a really great time!
Registration for Fall 2019 Spark Is Now Open
For Fall 2019, we are offering eleven exciting programs, including sessions on
Mini Medical School, Culinary, Robotics, Creative Writing, and more. Spark will
be new information and activities, so even if you have attended our Summer
Academy camps, these programs are for you!
