Is your family or a family you know in need of help at Christmas?
The Voluntary Action Center’s Annual Christmas Program is currently accepting applications. Spaces are limited and will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Participants are required to attend at least one Community Education Class being offered by Family Connection of Gordon County in collaboration with local partners. Every participant will receive a certificate of attendance, which must be presented to the Voluntary Action Center, 343 South Wall Street, Calhoun, along with a completed application by November 27 to qualify for the Christmas Program.
This year, these FREE classes are open to the public. To register, call or text 706-602-5139 or email vickie@gordonconnection.org. Sign up early, because some classes have limited spaces. Applications are on the Family Connection of Gordon County website in English and Spanish.
