Clovers and Co. Show Production Crew applications are now available and must be received by the state office on or before Wednesday, July 17, 2019!!

Each member will learn about:

  1. Lighting systems, stage layout and creating light program for a show.
  2. Sound system, components, cabling, setup, troubleshooting
  3. Staging, general resources – for all those miscellaneous needs
  4. Stage management – keeping things running, and configuring during the show
  5. Sound mixing – two separate systems keep band, vocals and overall sound going
  6. Sound recording – capture the show and tracks
  7. Electronic troubleshooting and repair
  8. Show management and logistics – how to plan, implement and keep things running – even when not everything does (run)

Members are expected to:

  1. Attend all practices/rehearsal weekends
  2. Arrive to setup times ON TIME – properly dressed, no sandals, etc.
  3. Learn, work hard, have fun – everyone has to pitch in to make it work
  4. Stay until we are done – as a team
  5. Conduct themselves as great 4-H professionals

Members get:

  1. Tech shirt for performances
  2. Answers, instruction and learning to build that portfolio and life experiences
  3. Meals – we feed you
  4. Planning two special non-Clovers tech events this year – we travel with our complete setup, provide full services at a new venue, new band/group – and make it look GOOD.
  5. Pride and satisfaction – the tech crew RUNS the show – the adults (kind of) stand by – but it is YOUR SHOW!!!

No prior experience is required.  Good attitude and interest are required.
