The ideal candidate has:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to speak to\/teach large groups of residents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to organize and carry out activities and programming for youth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to design, coordinate, and teach educational programs to meet community needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skills in leadership and management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Job Responsibilities<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provides leadership for Educators, Program Assistants, volunteers, and teen leaders in delivering 4-H and Youth programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Works cooperatively with school administration, teachers, and elected officials in fostering working relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducts promotional efforts to expand the public\u2019s view of extension programming<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilizes current research data and information on emerging issues in program development and teaching<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>About UGA Extension<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UGA Extension was founded in 1914 with the mission to translate the science of everyday living for farmers, families and communities to foster a healthy and prosperous Georgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each of Georgia\u2019s Counties have unique needs, and UGA Extension responds to those needs by offering an office with dedicated employees to each county, creating a network of Extension professionals across the state with local ties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>More Information and Apply Online<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for considering this opportunity.
