The keynote address will be from Dr. John Pecchia, from the Penn State Mushroom Research Center. The program also includes UGA Food Product Innovation Center director, Dr. James Gratzek, produce safety expert, Dr. Laurel Dunn, several successful and innovative mushroom farmers, and other experts in the field.
