Ingredients

  • Bow tie noodles
  • 1 bag of frozen salmon filets (skinless)
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Orange Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 16 oz of bella mushrooms

Sauce

  • 1 pint of heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp. Sazon
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Old Bay
  • 1 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic

Salmon

  • 1 tbsp. Sazon coriander and annatto seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Old bay
  • 1 tbsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder

Directions

  • Bring a pot of bowling water to medium heat. Once your water is boiling drop in your bow-tie noodles and follow cooking directions. Season your salmon with Sazon, Old bay, Black pepper, garlic powder, and Salt. (If you would like you can always substitute the salmon for shrimp or chicken). Put a pan on medium heat, add in your olive oil, and cook your salmon fillets for about 8 minutes. You do not want your salmon to become dry.
  • Once your pasta is done drain the excess water off. Remove your salmon from the pan and break it up into small pieces. Set aside your salmon and pasta to begin the sauce. Slice your pepper and onion. Bring a pan to medium heat add olive oil and toss in your peppers, onion, and mushrooms. (take out or add any vegetables as you please) Add in some garlic and cook until your vegetables are tender.
  • Add in the same seasoning you used for the salmon to your vegetables. Pour in your heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Begin to mix vigorously, because you do not want your parmesan cheese to clump up. Let your sauce simmer for about 10 minutes. Put your salmon and pasta into the pot with your sauce and vegetables. Mix everything together add a little more cheese on top and it is ready to eat!
