Ingredients

  • 1 slab of baby back ribs
  • McCormick’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Directions

  • Clean ribs first by removing the membrane from the bone side of your slab.
  • Slice each rib using the bond edge as a guide. Sprinkle lemon pepper and grind black pepper on ribs in a bowl to coat ribs. Set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Use house of Autry seafood or chicken breaded in a gallon sized plastic bag to coat ribs. Add paprika and lemon pepper.
  • Deep fry to golden brown ( ribs will almost float like chicken). Remove and place on paper towel to remove excess grease and enjoy!
