The Candler County Extension Office is excited to host the 2025 Candler County Farm Tour on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Community members, educators, growers, agribusiness professionals, and anyone interested in learning more about agriculture in our area are invited to attend.

Participants will meet in front of the Georgia Grown Innovation Center before traveling to several local stops that highlight the diversity of agriculture and food production in Candler County. This tour offers a unique opportunity to see firsthand the crops, operations, and individuals who play a vital role in our county’s agricultural industry.

What to Expect

Attendees will visit a variety of agricultural sites that showcase the county’s key commodities. Along the way, participants will engage with local farmers, Extension staff, and agriculture industry partners to learn more about crop production, current issues facing agriculture, and innovative practices being used in the area.

Lunch will be provided for all participants.
