We also heard from Dr. Nick Fuhrman from UGA, who taught about &#8220;Teaching with Animals,&#8221; and from Shane Curry from UGA Extension who brought a special guest! We ended the day at R&amp;G Farms where we learned about the growing hydroponic lettuce on a larger scale.
