Then, straighten your elbows, pushing away from the wall.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Benefits:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wall push-ups are an easy resistance exercise to do anywhere and are gentle on your joints.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No equipment, weight, or resistance bands are&nbsp;required&#8230;just a wall!\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resistance exercises can help you\u202fbuild and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;muscle.
