Checking with Young Farmer Teacher Ren Hester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thursday&#8217;s at Lenox Peanut starting at 8:30 AM &#8211; 11:00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other days call me (Tucker -229-507-8862) and we&#8217;ll check either at Cook Extension office or on your farm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAMPLING PEANUTS TO CHECK FOR MATURITY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pull 3 or 4 adjacent tap roots (and limb crop) from at least 3 representative parts of field.  Keep the bundles separate.
