A website from UGA Cooperative Extension

The Cook Extension Office received this direction from Cook County Commissioners 3/17/20:

In an abundance of caution for the county employees and county citizenship, the County Commissioners respectfully request that you close your office to the public. At this time, staff will remain working.

So the Cook Extension Office will be closed to the public however we will still process soil, water, plant/bug/critter ID, and tissue samples with an outside drop off area (beside front door). We’ll still be available through phone, email, text. Tucker Price will continue to make field and home visits. All 4-H activities have been cancelled till further notice. Hopefully this status of operation will be short lived but until then is until further notice.
