Today, you need to stay tuned as severe weather develops this afternoon and evening. This is an event that needs to be taken seriously. <span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><\/p>\n<p>The SPC Public Severe Weather Outlook:<\/p>\n<p>* HAZARDS&#8230;<br \/>\nNumerous tornadoes, several intense and long track<br \/>\nScattered damaging winds<br \/>\nScattered large hail<\/p>\n<p>* SUMMARY&#8230;<br \/>\nA severe thunderstorm and tornado outbreak is expected today<br \/>\nacross north Florida and south Georgia, with the significant<br \/>\nsevere threat also expected to extend southward into central<br \/>\nFlorida and northeastward into South Carolina this evening.
