In a previous post I noted some of the areas of the world that were feeling the effect of El Ni\u00f1o in contributing to regional droughts. \u00a0Today I highlight the impact of heavy rains (also affected by\u00a0El Ni\u00f1o) that are hurting the harvest of crops around the world.<\/p>\n
