I ran across this article today on the impacts of warming climate on the wine-making industry in Quebec, Canada.\u00a0 It starts with one of the best lines I have ever read in a climate change article.<\/p>\n

“Crops are drying out<\/a>, cattle are too hot to have sex<\/a>, and the gelato industry is slowly melting away<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But climate change isn\u2019t all bad. In a few decades from now, we may be able to watch the world go up in flames while sipping on a subtle, complex pinot noir from Quebec.”<\/p>\n
