The heaviest precipitation is expected to fall to our west in Mississippi but northern Alabama and Georgia could receive up to two inches of precipitation.  That could continue to improve drought conditions in that part of the region. Florida is not expected to receive much and some areas could be completely dry, so drought could expand there.
