It shows that for most of the southern part of the region, wetter than normal conditions and near-normal temperatures are expected for the next three months. Of course, that could mean periods of warmer and colder than normal temperatures alternating over time, so do not expect it to be the same every day.  We will continue to see a wetter than normal pattern associated with the current strong El Nino that will last through most of the next three months.
