Moderate (D1) drought was reintroduced to Georgia and Alabama and expanded in other states. Severe (D2) drought also expanded in Virginia, North and South Carolina as they have had almost no rain in the last few weeks. Conditions in Puerto Rico changed only a small amount since last week.
