They have been using the word &#8220;Advisory&#8221; to indicate a chance of severe weather, but find it often gets confused with &#8220;Watch&#8221;. They would like your help to find a better plain language way to give the outlooks. You can help by taking their survey. The change won&#8217;t occur until 2024 because it&#8217;s the government, of course, but let&#8217;s help them make it as useful as it can be.
