The North Carolina Climate Office produced a rapid response report on the impacts of Eta on their state. The rain of Eta, when combined with a passing cold front, brought 2 or more inches across most of the state, causing flooding on many of the rivers. Some of their stations reported more than 8 inches of rain over the 3-day period.
