In one of his short articles he says that if you are thinking about planting fall bulbs, you should wait until the nighttime temperatures are consistently below 60 F.  The best place to get this information is to either measure it yourself or use the UGA Weather Network at <em>https:\/\/www.georgiaweather.net\/<\/em>.
