Today, February 2, marks the traditional celebration of Groundhog Day. \u00a0Thousands of media converge on Punxsutawney, PA, to see if their captive groundhog Phil sees his shadow. \u00a0If he does, it means six more weeks of winter. \u00a0Somehow this year Phil managed to see his shadow even though Pennsylvania is completely overcast today. \u00a0Or was the forecast stacked to match what most real climatologists think is going to happen?<\/p>\n
