You can find a list of many of these tools, including the Historical Drought Atlas, soil moisture maps, and vegetation drought response index, on the Drought Monitor site at <a href=\"https:\/\/drought.unl.edu\/droughtmonitoring\/Tools.aspx\">https:\/\/drought.unl.edu\/droughtmonitoring\/Tools.aspx<\/a>.
