The lightest amounts are likely to be in northern Alabama and Georgia and upstate North and South Carolina. This pattern is expected to continue into week 2.\u00a0 Weeks 3 and 4 at the moment look like they will be drier and warmer than normal across the region, although as we approach the peak of the Atlantic tropical season those outlooks could change.
