According to the story, &#8220;from March 15 through April 15, citizen scientists of all ages can make up to 10 cloud observations per day using the free\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/observer.globe.gov\/about\/get-the-app\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GLOBE Observer app<\/a>\u00a0(get the app\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/observer.globe.gov\/about\/get-the-app\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>\u00a0or at your phone\u2019s app store).
