It says:<\/p>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1y0 pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">January<span class=\"pg-1ls1\"> 29<\/span>, 201<span class=\"pg-1ls1\">8 <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1y1 pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls1 pg-1ws0\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1y2 pg-1ff2 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">GEORGIA: <span class=\"pg-1ff1\">Total rainfall for the month ranged from 0.5 inches in <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1y3 pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">Butts County to 8.9 inches in Rabun County. According to the U.S<span class=\"pg-1ls1\">. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1y4 pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">Drought Monitor, the percentage of the State in a moderate drought<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1y5 pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">increased 15 percentage points to 55 percent in January. Eighteen<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1y6 pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">percent of the State moved into the severe drought category. Average<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1y7 pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">temperatures were below normal for the month. Small grains, pastures,<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1y8 pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">and hayfields were in fair to good condition, but their development<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1y9 pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">was delayed from cold temperatures and minimal precipitation. Pest<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1ya pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">pressure was negligible overall. Livestock condition was good, but<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1yb pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">animals were stressed by cold weather. Hay quantities were sufficient,<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1yc pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">but depleting quickly because of impeded growth of wi<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1yc pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">nter grazing.<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1yd pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls1 pg-1ws0\">C<span class=\"pg-1ls0\">old<\/span> <span class=\"pg-1ls0\">weather injured onion foliage in many fields. Vegetables <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1ye pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">sustained mild to significant freeze damage. Fruit and nut crops were<\/div>\n<div class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h1 pg-1yf pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\">on track to accumulate enough chilling hours for the season.
