Don&#8217;t ask me today, because I&#8217;ve been feeling the cold wind blowing in behind the latest cold front. But the High Plains Regional Climate Center maps show that even though it might feel cold today, the month of December so far has been above normal in most of the Southeast.\u00a0 Precipitation has been feast or famine, with some areas receiving 300% or more of normal while other areas have been left mostly dry.
