This is likely to bring freezing conditions to some areas. Tender plants and low-lying areas are most likely to feel the effects of the cold air.<\/p>\n<p>The National Weather Service office in Peachtree City has put out a preliminary frost\/freeze warning for Monday morning for some areas of northern Georgia. You can follow more information at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weather.gov\/ffc\/\">https:\/\/www.weather.gov\/ffc\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you are in far northeastern Georgia, then you are actually in the Greenville-Spartanburg NWS office&#8217;s region and you can get information from them at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weather.gov\/gsp\/\">https:\/\/www.weather.gov\/gsp\/<\/a>. If you are farther south towards Augusta, then you are in the zone for Columbia SC and can get information at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weather.gov\/cae\/\">https:\/\/www.weather.gov\/cae\/<\/a>. They both have their own criteria for frost warnings, so you may see slightly different information coming from them.
