In 2017 the wet conditions have contributed to fungal diseases on many grape varieties, while last winter&#8217;s warm weather has made grapes more susceptible to Pierce&#8217;s Disease. I have not heard yet how the windy and rainy conditions from Irma might have affected the grapes.
