This week’s Drought Monitor shows only small changes in drought status this week across the Southeast. There was a slight Sincrease in severe drought in Florida but otherwise not much change. There was no change at all in Puerto Rico this week. I don’t expect to see a lot of changes in next week’s map since precipitation amounts will be moderate except in South Florida where there is currently no drought.
