Today the National Hurricane Center noted the development of Potential Tropical Cyclone 15, which presumably would be named Lisa if it gets a bit more organized, in the Caribbean. Fortunately for us in the United States, high pressure over our region will keep the PTC track moving to the west instead of recurving towards us. However, parts of Central America could see damage from wind and heavy rainfall, especially in mountainous areas.
