The latest monthly global climate summary for November 2019 was released today by NOAA. It shows that the past month was the second warmest on record for the earth as a whole based on records going back to 1880. The only higher November was 2015. The autumn period September through November was also the second warmest after 2015. The year to date was also the second warmest after 2016.
