While most of the region has already experienced a killing freeze this year, areas in the southern part of the region have not and are very vulnerable to the cold air that is streaming south into Florida. UF/IFAS posted a rerun of a very useful blog post describing the different kinds of freezes that occur and steps you can take to minimize the damage to your plants. You can find it here.
