Every year, I am thankful for all of my readers, the comments they have sent me, and the stories they have shared with me. This year is no different, and thanks for continuing to subscribe. I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving and a special thanks to the farmers who grew the food, the truckers who brought it to our stores, and those who prepared it for us!

While you are planning and eating your meals, remember that food waste is one of the biggest contributors to greenhouse gas emissions as well as a waste of the farmers’ time and energy. So save and eat those leftovers! Every little bit helps. You can view a short video on cutting food waste from Pattrn here.
