So far this month, we have seen well above normal temperatures and dry conditions across most of the Southeast.  Most stations are in their top ten warmest for the month so far, and since warm conditions are expected to continue for most of the next two weeks, it would not surprise me if the final temperatures for February were still in the top ten warmest.  Most stations are also well below normal in precipitation, with many locations receiving less than 50% of their normal rainfall so far.  This may change as a return to wetter conditions is predicted for the next few weeks.
