After over a month with no activity, the latest outlook from the National Hurricane Center shows the possibility of two different storms forming in the Atlantic Ocean. One of them, east of the US, has a 60% chance of developing into a tropical storm, but it is likely to turn away from the US before it could cause any impacts. The other one, out in the central Atlantic, only has a 30% chance of developing and is expected to enter a region that is less favorable for development in a day or two.
