After a wet weekend across most of the Southeast, the weather should quiet down for the next few days.  Temperatures will slowly rise and precipitation is not expected until late in the week.    Even though some precipitation will fall, amounts are generally expected to be light.  Near normal temperatures and below normal rainfall should continue for the next couple of weeks while most of the active weather shifts to northern parts of the country along with the jet stream.
