The title above is the subject of a talk I will be giving later this week.  I’ll be headed to downtown Savannah on Thursday to participate in the annual Southeast Fruit and Vegetable Growers’ Conference.  Carrie Furman of UGA and I are giving a talk to the Organics section on Friday morning at 10:15 am in room 100/101 on the weather and climate the state has experienced for the last few years and how farmers are trying to cope with the variability that has occurred.  Hope to see some of you there!
