The title above is the subject of a talk I will be giving later this week. I’ll be headed to downtown Savannah on Thursday to participate in the annual Southeast Fruit and Vegetable Growers’ Conference. Carrie Furman of UGA and I are giving a talk to the Organics section on Friday morning at 10:15 am in room 100/101 on the weather and climate the state has experienced for the last few years and how farmers are trying to cope with the variability that has occurred.
