The latest 7-day QPF map shows that after the little low moves out of Georgia on Sunday, it should be relatively dry across the region for the next couple of days. By mid-week, a rainy system will drop quite a bit of rain across the northern parts of the region while leaving most of the southern half dry except for lower Florida. More rain will fall late in the week, but the lower half of Alabama and southwest Georgia may see no rain all all. Week 2 looks like it will likely be warmer than normal with a slight lean towards wetter than normal conditions.
