NOAA released their latest monthly climate summary for May 2023 earlier this week. It shows that for the United States as a whole, it was the 11th warmest on record. For South Carolina, it was the 10th coolest on record. For the spring months of March through May, the US as a whole was in the middle third of all temperature records, but Florida had its 4th warmest spring on record.
