NOAA has released their monthly climate summary for the US for July 2021. The summary shows that Florida and Virginia were the most above average in temperature, with other areas near or slightly cooler than normal. Most of the Southeast was wetter than normal, with just a few dry areas in eastern Florida and western Virginia.
