Being prepared for an emergency on a livestock operation is more than knowing CPR and having a first aid kit nearby. Planning for extreme weather events and supply chain disruptions is critical for the livestock and poultry industries. In this webinar, we will discuss what happens when we plan for these extreme events and what happens when they happen unexpectedly. Additionally, we’ll discuss mortality management following extreme events and how the events may affect water quality. An application for continuing education credit for Certified Crop Advisors (CCAs) and members of the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists (ARPAS) will be submitted.
