You can see the tracks of Delta and Zeta and also some rains of over 20 inches in southeast Florida, which is setting records for rainfall this year. The driest areas are in east central Georgia and the adjoining areas of South Carolina, where abnormally dry conditions are currently occurring and drought is expected to develop in the next few months.
