The initial climate summary maps for November 2019 are now available from the High Plains Regional Climate Center and show that all of the Southeast except the Florida Peninsula was colder than normal. Rainfall varied quite a bit, with coastal Georgia and the Carolinas seeing wet conditions but most other areas seeing drier than normal precipitation, especially in southern Alabama and Mississippi.
