Earth’s coldest years on record were all at least 90 years ago

Recent news stories have shown that 18 out of the past 19 years have been the earth’s warmest years on record (records began in 1880). But when were the coldest? It turns out that all of these years took place between 1884 and 1929, with the most freezing year of them all being 1904. The number of record high temperatures has also far outweighed the number of record lows in recent decades. You can read more at the site at
