The latest monthly climate summary for the globe was released today by NOAA, and it shows that this November was the 5th warmest since records began in 1880. For the year to date, it is the 4th warmest, and for the September through November period, it was the second warmest on record. In November, the eastern US was one of the few areas in the world that was below normal due to cold air moving south from the Arctic.
