Current Applications in Climate, Forests, and Woodlands Extension and Education: A Virtual Conference

Join your colleagues in presenting and learning about the latest information, tools and technologies as they relate to Extension and education in climate and weather science in forestry & natural resources. The Climate, Forests, and Woodlands Community of Practice (CFW) and the Climate Learning Network (CLN), along with the Southeastern Climate Hub and the USDA are hosting a virtual conference covering Natural Resource and Climate Extension & Education applications across the country. Specific formats and schedule will be determined based on proposals received. Continuing Education Units will be offered for each installment and experts will be online LIVE to answer questions and facilitate discussion. All presentations will be archived at climatewebinars.net so all participants will be able to review all the presentations at their own pace.

We are soliciting presentations and topic proposals for this innovative event. If you are interested head to cfw.climatelearning.net/virtualconference for details on how to submit a proposal for a specific talk or host a panel to discuss a broad topic. We encourage presenters to be creative with their proposals and will have capabilities to support the playback of high resolution video and other media formats.
