In addition to the story I posted last week about weather on Inauguration Day, here are two more compilations you might enjoy if you are a history buff.  Looks like rain for today’s event!  At least the odds are 70 to 30 in favor of rain, and historically 43 percent of January 20’s have had measurable rain in the historical record.
